Depending on market conditions, you may receive one or more offers for your property from interested buyers. Each offer will include the proposed offer price, proposed closing date, proposed move-in date, financing, and contingencies that may include an appraisal or sale of the buyers’ current home. These factors may carry different weight as you determine which offer is the best. The price, by itself, isn't the only indicator of a good offer.
